After many busy months and projects that have eaten up any free time I've had to work on this project.... FINALLY , the latest CREEPY PUPPET PROJECT is done!! This is a musical tribute to a great song by Kansas. The whole idea came to pass when I had completed building my first ΒΌ scale zombie puppet (named Val after being created on Valentine's day). As I put him in my car to take him to my studio, I flicked on the radio and "Dust in the Wind" was playing... and, well, I just had to do this crazy idea. With the fantastic help of a wonderful volounteer crew, including some great puppetry talent from Fraggle Rock days (Mike Petersen)... the third installment of the Creepy Puppet Project was brought to life.. or "unlife" as it was. This video is completely a non-for-profit venture and is produced to showcase the talents of myself and the creative folks who work with me. No infringement or any kind is intended.... It was just such an odd and interesting idea.... it had to be done! OH AND YES, THERE IS A TYPE-O IN THE OPENING CREDIT "PRODUCTIONS... NOT PRODCUTIONS"... I'll Fix that for the HD version. Hope you all enjoy!!!

Dusty Springfield - Interview - taken from "Reputation - The Videos" VHS.

In the cool of the evening When everything is getting kind of groovy You call me up and ask me Would I like to go with you and see a movie? First I say no, Ive got some plans for tonight And then I stop and say all right Love is kind of crazy with a spooky little boy like you You always keep me guessing I never seem to know what you are thinking And if a girl looks at you Its for sure your little eye will be a-winking I get confused, I never know where I stand And then you smile and hold my hand Love is kind of crazy with a spooky little boy like you Spooky If you decide some day to stop this little game that you are a-playing Im gonna tell you all the things my hearts been a-dying to be saying Just like a ghost youve been a-haunting my dreams But now I know youre not what you seem Love is kind of crazy with a spooky little boy like you Spooky

"Son of a Preacher Man" is a song recorded by Dusty Springfield in 1968 and it was featured on the album "Dusty in Memphis". Springfield's version was produced by Jerry Wexler, Tom Dowd and Arif Mardin for her first album for the Atlantic Records label and became an international hit reaching #10 in the United States and #9 in her native UK when released in late 1968. Lyrics .. Billy-ray was a preachers son And when his daddy would visit hed come along When they gathered round and started talkin Thats when billy would take me walkin A-through the back yard wed go walkin Then hed look into my eyes Lord knows to my surprise The only one who could ever reach me Was the son of a preacher man The only boy who could ever teach me Was the son of a preacher man Yes he was, he was, mmm, yes he was Being good isnt always easy No matter how hard I try When he started sweet-talkin to me Hed come and tell me everything is all right Hed kiss and tell me everything is all right Can I get away again tonight? The only one who could ever reach me Was the son of a preacher man The only boy who could ever teach me Was the son of a preacher man Yes he was, he was, lord knows he was How well I remember The look that was in his eyes Stealin kisses from me on the sly Takin time to make time Tellin me that hes all mine Learnin from each others knowing Lookin to see how much weve grown And the only one who could ever reach me Was the son of a preacher man The only boy who could ever teach me Was the son of a preacher man Yes he was, he was, oh, yes he was He was the sweet-talking son of a preacher man I guessed he was the son of a preacher man Sweet-lovin son of a preacher man Ahh, move me

What a wonderful artist giving tribute to a wonderful artist. The first half of the video is pretty good, the second half not so much. But it's Shelby.
